- Direct Deposit to Team Toyboxes – Enter your board games or costumes order through the online shopping cart and choose “Direct Deposit” as your payment method at the check out point. Within 1-3 business days after placing your order you will receive an email from us advising the total amount payable for your board games. Payment is required to be made within 3 business days after invoice receipt. - Money Order/Cheque – Order your board games through the online shopping cart and choose “Money Order/Cheque” as your payment option at the check out point. Payment is required to be made within 7 days after placing your order; otherwise your order may be automatically cancelled without notification. Money orders can be obtained at any Australian Post Office branch.Once the funds have cleared, board games will be despatched.
What is the currency for all prices contained on site?
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. For overseas customers please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your Specialty New, Collectible, Used, Team Building, Vintage, Out of Print board games and board game spare parts request and we will provide a total cost including postage in Australian dollars and converted into your local currency at the time of quoting.
Overseas buyers do not pay GST on their board game purchases and price will be adjusted accordingly. All overseas buyers must take out insurance and may be liable for import taxes and fees.
Will I receive an email confirmation of my order?
Once your board games order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from Team Toyboxes.
How do I calculate shipping charges for my order?
Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of the board games ordered.
The shipping costs are displayed under your selected item.
All Team Toyboxes Specialty New, Collectible, Used, Team Building, Vintage, Out of Print board games and board game spare parts are bubble wrapped to prevent any damage.
Unfortunately we cannot combine postage.
All board games and board games spare parts and costumes are despatched via Australian Post.
