FAULTY OR DAMAGED COSTUME
- Costumes only returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. If you have an issue with a costume sent (faulty or damaged), we will exchange or refund at our discretion. Please contact us at info@teamtoyboxes.com.au for Refund/Return Authorization.
- Returns must be sent back within 30 days of receipt/delivery
- If requested, provide photos of faulty or damaged item
- Due to hygiene reasons, costumes must be unworn or tried on and in their original condition and packaging.
- Upon inspection and approval, we will issue a refund or exchange of any item/s due.
NOTE: If the costume does not meet requirements outlined above as being faulty or damaged, we will not be able to issue a refund/return and any additional shipping costs will be incurred at your expense to send the original costume back to you.
We will refund using the method of payment that was used to purchase the item once we have received the item. Please allow several days for a refund to appear on your statement.
We aim to respond within 24 hours. We will respond as soon as we can.
We do not accept unauthorized returns.
DOESN’T FIT OR I’VE CHANGED MY MIND
- Costumes are not like regular clothes and not everyday street wear. They are not theatrical quality clothing.
- If it doesn’t fit or you changed your mind, we do not exchange or refund in these instances, so please check the measurements provided.
COSTUME ACCESSORIES
- We do not accept returns on the following items unless they have a manufacturer fault due to hygiene reasons.
- Teeth, eyelashes, wigs, moustaches, beards, hosiery, masks, gloves
CONSUMER INFORMATION
Consumers are not entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Guarantees if:
- They got what they asked for but changed their mind
- Found the product cheaper somewhere else
- Didn’t like the purchase or had no use for it
- Incorrect size ordered
- Product was damaged by the consumer misusing it.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you request proof of posting when returning the item.
